Beautifully kept and perfect hotel, I stayed here with my family members. The standard room I were allocated in was beautiful. The venue had indeed an exceptionally nice location on black sea. Dined at Gerana, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
The hotel staff was very rude.

It was not clear at all that we would have to pay upon arrival. The card of payment details were given to the hotel and they agreed they had them however did not appear to charge the card. The booking conformation stated the card would be charged upon the initial booking however this was not the case. Furthermore, when I asked the hotel whether the payment card would be charged by them they assured me they would not, however my card has been charged by them.

I like the hotel location, the confort, the wonderfull outside swimming pool
I don't know if this remark is linked with the hotel, but it is very unpleaseant to be forced to rent umbrelas and chairs on the beach -paid area on a daily price of 30 LV(15Eur)This aspect have to be solved somehow in the future

1. Parking - even if we pay for hotel parking they put us to let our car in other place, without camera or officer; 2. Breakfast - every morning was the same food, very poor. (vegetables, eggs, salami, grain); We want to eat at 09:30 (in 2 days) but we couldn't find anything, even if the program was till 10:00; 3. Hotel staff (and manager) - they give us a room without air conditioner and they didn't want to change it till the second day (in the evening); The manager didn't care about our request; 4. We had to pay the holiday in first day; Definitely is NOT a 4 stars hotel!! (maybe, just maybe, 2 stars)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was incredibly impressed. The location is amazing, just a quick 10-15 minute walk to the beach on a daily basis. Everything was within reach - shops, restaurants, and even funfairs. The hotel itself offered a wide range of services that enhanced my comfort and convenience. The staff here were simply outstanding, especially Martin, the reception manager. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and free cushions to make lounging a breeze. And let's not forget about the food - it was absolutely amazing! The chef personally came to talk to me every day to ensure I was satisfied. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.
This hotel is the perfect choice for families.

the room was clean, it had all the facilities it said in the add; staff was nice as well
food was horrible, the all inclusive package was not worthy; besides fruits and veggies, i couldn't eat a thing; cheap ice cream, cheap juice, everything was cheap there, and the money we paied were not worth it. all in all, a nice hotel with good staff, but avoid the all inclusive package

- the room and bathroom were clean - the pool is medium size, but clean and not so crowded - the hotel is located in a green quiet area, 15 mins walk distance from the beach - the breakfast was ok, not so varied, yet not simple - small fridge in the room, hair dryer in the bathroom
- the air conditioning did not comunicate with it's remote and so the AC could not be stopped. The only way to stop it was by removing the key from the socket that turned on/off the electrical power in the room - the 15 mins walk to the beach and the long stairs, although you get used to it - just a single elevator for the entire hotel - expensive 10 leva/night for one parking place in a small area near the hotel where you can leave your car, unguarded but with a barrier

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Park. The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness and bright rooms. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The highlight was the amazing food, which exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed relaxing by the lovely swimming pool. We will definitely be returning to Holiday Park in the future.

I really enjoyed the stay. I found the food very tasty, the hotel hospitable, the stuff after overpassing the language barrier ok. As remark the wireless internet is free of charge in the lobby and against cost only for using their computer. The pool athmosphere is very nice.
The stuff is probably highly underpayd, so they don not make any efforts to be polite, but with few words and a small tip a normal athmosphere can be built.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the crowds of the beach. Although it's a bit far from the beach, it offers a nice walk through the parking lot. the rooms are comfortable and the beds are nice. the hotel has a swimming pool that is well-maintained.
The hotel's dining area is quite small, which can make it crowded during meal times.

The room was relatively spacious.
The breakfast was bad, not much to choose from; besides, only low- quality food was served. The hotel, as a whole, needs a lot of refurbishment. Would rate it as a 3-star hotel, the most.
